Fall Colors, Sunsets and Some Halloween Sights!

While on the road last month, we had an opportunity to see some of the beautiful fall colors that we don’t get to see in Florida. No more words needed.

This is my favorite picture. Looking down the 9th fairway of the Lakes course at The National, a Robert Trent Jones, course just outside of Auburn, Alabama.

We were at some great locations to see some beautiful sunsets.

The funniest thing that we saw was a bunch of adult campers decorating their campsites like they were in grade school. It was fun to see just how passionate they were about their decorations. I do believe there were some adult beverages consumed as the campsites were decorated.

We had a lot of fun on the road this year. We saw some amazing sights and had some incredible experiences. We managed to sleep in twenty-one different states this year and were able to experience three National Parks. We are well on our way to completing our bucket list items of ‘sleeping at least one night in all 50 states’ and ‘seeing as many National Parks as possible’.

We hope that you have enjoyed traveling with us on our journey as we shared the adventures of our ‘Dash’ with you. We wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season.
